The design of new products, the model construction, the tool engineering and finally the series production of the ABS-parts is carried out in the House of Rieger.

The design team consists of the sales team, which has the ideas, the garage team, which judges the feasibility and, as the last instance, the chief designer Toni Rieger, who finally decides how it will be done.

The model-and toolconstruction is carried out by experienced specialists from the Rieger garage. In addition to that all molds for the production of the deep drawing tools are manufactured by Rieger themselves.

Since 2001 the Rieger products have been made with the help of a fully automatic deep drawing system.

At Rieger, the cutting of the manufactured ABS-parts is carried out with an absolute exact CNC-milling machine, which ensures a constant fit of the ABS-parts.

85% of all offered car body parts are manufactured by Rieger themselves.

At the moment, about 90% of the Rieger products yet consist of recycable ABS synthetic material and are produced with the deep drawing system. ABS synthetic parts have a spray friendly surface, which does not has to be time-consumingly prepared before being sprayed.
